The New York International Wine Competition and New York International Spirits Competition are excited to announce our first free shipping program in partnership with the Prowein fair in Dusseldorf and Park Street Imports in the USA! If you'll be in Dusseldorf and can bring the required materials outlined below, you can ship your products to the USA for free; all you'll have to pay is the entry fee and the 50 Euro COLA waiver fee to be able to get your products into the U.S. Don't miss your chance to take part in one of the world's most respected competition series, where real trade buyers for New York's top restaurants, hotels, and retail stores decide the winners. 

Here's how it works:

For Wine Entries: Fill out the NY International Wine Competition submission form. You must submit a minimum of three (3) different wines to take advantage of this program. Be sure to read the overall NYIWC Eligibility & Requirements as well. The entry fee for each wine is $100 USD.

For Spirits Entries: Fill out the NY International Spirits Competition form. You are only required to submit one (1) spirits product to qualify for this program. Be sure to read the NYISC Eligibility & Requirements as well. The entry fee for each spirit is $300 USD.

If you register online, you can pay your entry fee online. If you'd prefer to download the paper form, you can bring the paper form and a check with you to ProWein.

Coordinate with Park Street Imports:

  • Fill out the Invoice Request and email it to: competitions@parkstreet.com
  • Fill out the Shipment Request and submit it online.  **Be sure to select the correct competition from the dropdown menu--either New York International Wine Competition or New York International Spirits Competition

There is a 50 Euro COLA Fee associated with this process, which must be paid in order to get your products into the USA. You can bring your payment with you to ProWein or coordinate with Park Street to arrange payment.

For Wine Entries: Bring two (2) bottles of each wine that you would like to submit to the NYIWC booth at Prowein. Since you must submit a minimum of three (3) different wines to qualify for this shipping program, this means that you will be transporting a minimum of six (6) bottles to our booth. 

For Spirits Entries: Bring two (2) bottles of each spirit that you are submitting to the NYIWC booth at Prowein. 

We are Booth D02, located in Hall 9.
